It is one of the developmental departments at Al-Furat University working on preparing administrative development plans, and developing human cadres according to the laws and regulations in force in this regard.
Directorate Purpose
Implementing the National Administrative Reform Project
Working on applying the project's axes and securing its requirements within the university.
Upgrading Institutional Performance
Improving and developing university performance at all levels to achieve institutional excellence.
Directorate Objectives
- Developing administrative performance and applying the administrative measurement system.
- Raising the efficiency and effectiveness of the university by developing the organizational structure and simplifying procedures.
- Developing human resources management at the university.
- Disseminating administrative knowledge and raising the level of awareness and organizational behavior among employees.
Directorate Tasks
- Proposing plans for planning, qualifying, training, and developing human resources.
- Following up on the implementation of human resources development plans and contributing to the preparation of performance improvement systems.
- Following up on conducting surveys and determining training needs at the university level.
- Conducting periodic evaluation of the extent to which the desired goals in the training plan are achieved.
- Participating in building a database of employees' skills and experiences to determine their training needs.
- Participating in conferences and seminars related to qualification and training.
- Following up on executive programs for qualification and training and participating in approving lecturers' names.
- Securing the needs of training courses from material and human requirements.
- Implementing whatever other work the directorate is assigned within its field of competence.
