Important instructions for students regarding the theoretical exam
The first exam period: from 9 to 11 p.m.
Second exam period: from 11:30 to 13:30.
The third exam period: for students who missed the practical exam for courses submitted on the same day at 13:30.
All students must adhere to the following exam instructions:
- Be present at least a quarter of an hour before the start of the exam, and do not enter the exam halls until after the observers have entered.
-All students must carry a university card and an ID card, with confirmation that the student will not be allowed to enter the examination hall if he does not bring proof of his identity.
-Maintaining calm, discipline and silence in the examination halls and corridors.
- Borrowing between students is prohibited, and nothing is allowed to be shared with students other than what is permitted by the course teacher, which is mentioned on the question paper and will be circulated to the students in advance.
- It is necessary to erase any writing on the body parts or on the calculator before the start of the exam. We warn students not to keep any scrap of paper or anything related to the course, and to ensure that there is no writing on the study seats and to inform the invigilators if there is writing on the seat related to the course in which the student will be examined.
-It is prohibited to bring smart watches and mobile phones in.
-It is necessary to adhere to taking the exam in the hall designated for the student, and changing the hall exposes the student to punishment.
-Writing with a blue dry ink pen. Writing with a pencil is prohibited, except for drawings, if present.
-In the automated exam, the data is written on the back of the answer sheet in blue in full, including the mother’s name, and the computer number is shaded exclusively in pencil under the supervision of the secretary, and the answers are also shaded in pencil.
-The student is not allowed to write any mark or milestone on the examination paper, otherwise he exposes himself to punishment.
-It is forbidden to write with colored pens or two different pens except with the knowledge of the hall president.
-You receive the question paper with the answer sheet if the exam is automated.
-The student is not entitled to leave the examination hall before at least half an hour has passed before the start of the examination and the completion of the inspection, and he may not enter the hall after leaving it for any reason whatsoever.
-The student shades the type of form if the exam is automated under the supervision of the secretary.
- Commitment to calm and discipline, not speaking inside the exam hall, and strictly adhering to the instructions of the hall heads and observers, including changing the student’s seating location if he is asked to do so. He must leave the hall immediately after handing over the answer sheet in complete calm, and not gather with his colleagues near the exam halls.
