Directorate Departments
The Directorate is divided into two main departments working in an integrated manner to provide the necessary legal support to the university:
Department of Studies
Responsible for preparing studies and readings and participating in drafting bills and university regulations.
Department of Cases
Responsible for preparing legal memoranda and following up on all lawsuits to which the university is a party.
Directorate Works
- Preparing legal studies and readings for subjects assigned by the university administration for study.
- Participating in preparing bills and university regulations.
- Preparing regulations and legal memoranda for lawsuits filed by or against the university.
- Following up on the progress of lawsuits filed by and against the university during their course and after their adjudication.
- Preserving and classifying prevailing laws and regulations and all documents related to cases concerning the university.
