Overview of the Directorate

The Engineering Office is a technical engineering department linked to the University President, providing services to all faculties, institutes, centers, dormitories, and other administrative facilities associated with the university. The Engineering Office carries out design work and supervises all engineering works at the university.

  • Study of faculties furniture and office furnishings
  • Study of faculties requests
  • Following up on the implementation of strategic studies with vocational work units

  • Supervising the implementation of university projects

  • Assisting in setting the strategic and annual plan
  • Assisting in setting functional programs
  • Following up on project implementation and executive completion rates

  • Auditing studies and blueprints
  • Auditing financial statements

  • Preserving blueprints and studies
  • Preserving acquisition files and executive files
  • Preserving mail files

  • Studying faculty maintenance requests and supervising their implementation
  • Following up on periodic maintenance schedules for equipment

Following up on expropriation decisions related to university projects and lands.

  • Announcing projects and organizing construction contracts
  • Auditing contractual papers and commencement orders
  • Following up on contractual, engineering, and social insurances
  • Following up on project clearance
