Overview of the Directorate
Administrative Affairs is one of the vital departments that came into existence with the establishment of the university in 2006. The department is considered the fundamental pillar in all university activities due to the connection of all deanships and departments with its work through the implementation of university decisions, and it strives to accomplish the tasks assigned to it to the fullest.
Administrative Affairs Tasks
- Following up on the status of university employees.
- Carrying out all requirements for organizing functional affairs related to scientific staff, laboratory staff, and administrative staff.
- Organizing and preparing the necessary competitions and tests for appointing employees at the university.
- Carrying out all necessary procedures for appointment and promotion and preparing various instruments related to employees.
- Preparing all executive instruments related to commissioning lecturers, contractors, and supervisors.
- Granting compensations, rewards, and others.
- Carrying out registry (Diwan) work in the central administration, especially outgoing and incoming correspondence.
- Organizing health care for university employees.
- Organizing the work of university vehicles, their movement, and controlling their consumption.
- Qualifying administrators, enriching their knowledge, developing systems and work procedures, and modernizing administrative means.
