Overview of the Directorate
Internal Audit aims to detect defects, waste, shortcomings, and errors, and propose necessary measures to address them and assist the Central Authority for Supervision and Inspection in performing its tasks according to the Authority's law and internal regulations.
Tasks of the Internal Audit Directorate
- Preparing reports requested by referral from the University President.
- Preparing reports by authorization from the Central Authority for Supervision and Inspection and participating with its inspectors.
- Following up on the implementation of proposals contained in all reports and sending them to the concerned authorities.
- Conducting supervisory tours of faculties during examination periods and submitting reports to the university presidency.
- Following up on the implementation of proposals and the progress of cases referred to courts in coordination with the Directorate of Legal Affairs.
- Standing on any violation in directorates or faculties and notifying the university presidency immediately.
- Executing everything requested from the Internal Audit Directorate within its scope of work.
