Al-Furat University, under the auspices of Scientific Affairs and the Directorate of Scientific Research, announces the formation of a specialized team to raise its ranking in global indicators.
Accordingly, and with the aim of achieving qualitative leaps in the classification of international universities, and in view of the importance of external scientific publishing in enhancing the reputation of our university, the Office of the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, in cooperation with the Directorate of Scientific Research, announces:
Forming the Supreme Committee to develop university classification and support scientific publishing.
Committee duties:
• Develop an executive plan to raise the ranking of Al-Furat University in international classifications.
• Follow up on the university’s inclusion in international classification platforms and upload the required data.
• Providing technical support to researchers and students regarding the requirements for publishing in classified external journals.
• Responding to inquiries from faculty members, researchers, and students related to international classification and publishing mechanisms.

• Graduate students who are about to publish their theses.
• Any researcher who wants to consult about reliable journals or avoid predatory journals.
