Al-Furat University announces to applicants to the previously announced central competition, in coordination with the Ministry of Administrative Development, that the electronic portal for completing nomination procedures has been activated, which allows applicants to follow the status of their applications, view the review dates of the relevant committees, and complete the nomination requirements in accordance with the approved principles.
Therefore, all those whose nominations have been initially accepted are requested to adhere to the following procedures:
First: Enter the competition’s electronic portal via the official link:

Where the applicant can follow the status of his application during all stages of the upcoming competition.
Second: Enter the national number in the designated field, then press the “Continue” button.
Third: Select the job vacancy for which you have previously applied from the drop-down list, then click the “Confirm” button.
Fourth: The applicant will be transferred to a page that includes the following:
- Date of review by the competent committee.
- Place of submission of identification documents.
- List of required documents.
- Link to join the WhatsApp group for the job category; To follow announcements, instructions and updates.
Fifth: Please click on the “Print Notice” or “Save as Image” option, and bring the printed copy to the review appointment, after attaching a recent personal photo to it and signing in the designated space.
General documents required:
- A duly certified copy of the academic qualification.
- A clear copy of the ID card (national ID).
- A recent personal photo.
- A valid driving license (for job categories that require it).
- Any other additional documents according to the requirements of the job vacancy.
The process of receiving identification documents will begin as of Sunday, June 28, 2026, according to the following program:
- Sunday and Monday: receiving applicants from the first and second categories.
- Tuesday and Wednesday: receiving applicants from the fourth and fifth categories.
- Thursday: is designated to receive all those who missed the audit from various job categories.
All applicants are requested to adhere to the dates specified for each category, noting that the approved date for each applicant is the date shown in the electronic portal and the review notice.
Important warnings
- Review dates are determined electronically according to job category and governorate, and may not be modified except with the approval of the university.
- Please join the WhatsApp group for the job category as soon as the link appears on the personal page, to ensure access to all subsequent announcements and instructions.
- If the applicant’s name does not appear in the electronic portal, this means that he did not pass the initial screening stage, and we wish him success in the upcoming opportunities.
The university emphasizes the necessity of adhering to the specified deadlines and bringing all the required documents, as any application that does not meet the required documents or is submitted outside the specified dates will not be considered.
