The General Authority for Biotechnology, represented by its Director General, Dr. Bassam Al-Oqla, received a distinguished academic delegation from Al-Furat University, which included an elite group of fourth- and fifth-year students and master’s students in food science, within the framework of enhancing scientific cooperation and exchanging experiences.
The delegation was headed by:
“Dr. Shula Al-Kharouf”, Scientific Vice President of the College of Agriculture
“Dr. Jamal Al Karak” Head of the Food Sciences Department
“Dr. Thanaa Shehab” is a doctor in the Department of Food Sciences
They took a scientific tour that included the various departments of the Authority, and were informed of the latest scientific research completed, in addition to learning about the advanced qualitative devices that characterize the Authority, which are of high scientific and research value.
This visit comes in the context of supporting the educational process and linking the academic aspect to practical application, which contributes to the preparation of qualified scientific cadres capable of keeping pace with developments in the field of food science and biotechnology.
