The President of Al-Furat University, Dr. Mounir Al-Aroud, the Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Ali Amrir, and the Director of the Raqqa Branch at Al-Furat University, Dr. Ahmed Qaddour Al-Afdal, met with the members of the educational staff appointed to staff the Raqqa Branch.
The meeting discussed the current situation of the Raqqa branch in terms of the numbers of students and administrative and educational staff, and ways to develop academic and administrative work in a way that enhances university performance and improves the quality of education, in addition to preparations for the next stage in preparation for moving the branch to its permanent headquarters in Raqqa Governorate when conditions are ready, while emphasizing the importance of strengthening cooperation between the university and its branch to ensure the continuity of the educational process and provide the best services to students.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Mounir Al-Aroud stressed the keenness of the university presidency to support the Raqqa branch and provide its basic requirements, praising the efforts of the educational and administrative staff in maintaining the progress of the educational process despite the challenges, and stressing the importance of working as a single team to serve the university and its students.
